ClayPals: Fruits & Veggies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

The short version: ClayPals: Fruits & Veggies collects no data at all. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party services. Everything your child does in the app stays on your device.

Who we are

ClayPals: Fruits & Veggies is a claymation puzzle app for children ages 2โ€“4, made by Kai Ventures. Because our players are very young children, we designed the app to the strictest possible privacy standard: it simply does not collect, store, or share any personal information โ€” from children or from parents.

What we collect

Nothing. The app does not collect, transmit, or share:

The app never listens. It contains no microphone use and no speech recognition of any kind. Nothing your child says is heard, recorded, processed, or transmitted, because the app has no capability to do so.

The only information the app saves is puzzle progress and whether the one-time unlock has been purchased. That information is stored only on your device (and in your device's normal backups) and never leaves it.

No ads, no tracking

The app contains no advertising of any kind and performs no tracking. We do not use third-party analytics, ad networks, social media integrations, or any other third-party services. The app has no external links a child can reach.

The app also makes no internet connections of its own: every puzzle, picture, sound, and animation is built into the app, and it works fully in airplane mode. The only network activity related to the app is Apple's own App Store system handling the optional one-time purchase, described below.

Purchases

The app offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks all the foods โ€” no subscriptions, no consumables. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store any payment information. The purchase screen sits behind a parental gate that requires an adult-level motor task, and Apple's Ask to Buy and Family Sharing features are fully supported. Apple's handling of your payment data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

The app is offered in the Kids category of the App Store and is built for children under 5. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR, or similar laws anywhere in the world. There is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete โ€” deleting the app removes everything it ever saved.

Sharing, retention, and your choices

We share nothing, because we hold nothing. The app sends no data to us or to anyone else, so there is no third party with whom your or your child's information is shared โ€” no analytics provider, no advertiser, no data broker, no cloud service of ours. The single exception is Apple, which processes the optional one-time purchase on its own systems under Apple's Privacy Policy; we receive no personal information from that transaction. Should we ever work with a third party in future, we would only do so where they are contractually required to protect your information to at least the standard described on this page, and we would update this policy before that change shipped.

Retention. Puzzle progress and your unlock status are written only to your own device. We keep nothing on any server of ours, so there is no retention period to describe โ€” we have no copy to retain.

Deleting your data. Deleting the app from your device removes everything the app ever saved. No request to us is needed, and there is nothing left behind. Your purchase record lives with your Apple Account rather than with us, so it can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases in the Parents' Corner.

Revoking consent, or asking us to delete something. Because the app collects nothing, there is no consent to withdraw and nothing of yours for us to erase. If you believe otherwise, or you simply want confirmation in writing, email markjeromecr@gmail.com and we will respond โ€” including with a written confirmation that we hold no data about you or your child.

Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before that update ships. Given the app's design, we do not expect that to happen.
