By downloading, installing, or using ClayPals: Fruits & Veggies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. Because the app is made for very young children, we assume a parent or guardian is the one installing it and agreeing on the family's behalf.

Your download is also covered by Apple's standard licence terms for App Store apps, which apply alongside these.

What you may do with the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your family's own enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or the artwork, audio, and animation inside it.

How the app was made

Some of the artwork, audio, and animation in this app were produced with the help of generative AI tools, then reviewed, edited, and assembled by us. All of it is owned or licensed by Kai Ventures, and every piece was checked by a person for suitability before it shipped.

Purchases

The app is free to download and includes seven puzzles. A single optional one-time purchase unlocks the remaining twenty-one. There is no subscription and there is nothing else to buy.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, are behind a parental gate, and support Family Sharing and Ask to Buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us; you can request one through your Apple account. Restoring a previous purchase is free and available inside the app.

Privacy

The app collects nothing at all — no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no data about your child. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The app as it is

We work hard to keep the app stable and pleasant, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Kai Ventures is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
